✦ Reference: Please provide visual references, the more the better. If there's no specific reference, a detailed description will do.✦ I'll fix sketches up to 3 times, any fixing after the 3rd time will be charged.

Forgotten details
Clean sketch will be sent, if I miss any detail/accessories, I'll add them without any extra fee.
✦ Process of coloring will be sent twice before the full piece.
✦ The commission will be sent via Email with a watermark. You can request a clean version/psd file/clear png.

✦ Tài liệu tham khảo: Vui lòng cung cấp tài liệu tham khảo trực quan, càng nhiều càng tốt. Nếu không có tài liệu tham khảo cụ thể, một mô tả chi tiết sẽ làm.✦ Mình sửa sketch tối đa 3 lần, sửa lần 3 sẽ tính phí.

Sketch sạch sẽ được gửi đi, nếu bỏ sót chi tiết/phụ kiện nào, tôi sẽ bổ sung mà không tính thêm phí.
✦ Quá trình tô màu sẽ được gửi 2 lần trước khi hoàn thành.
✦ Tranh sẽ được gửi qua Email có watermark. Bạn có thể yêu cầu phiên bản sạch/tệp psd/png rõ ràng.

✦ Upfront payment: 50% - 100% after rough sketch.
✦ Full payment after recieving full commission is available for trusted clients.

✦ Cọc trước: % - 100% sau khi nhận rough sketch
✦ Thanh toán đầy đủ sau khi nhận được toàn commission có cho các khách hàng đáng tin cậy.

✦ Refund can be requested before I start working on 'More detailed sketch/fixing'.
✦ If I can't finish/cancel the commission, a full refund will be sent. If you cancel the commission, a 50% refund will be sent.

✦ Có thể yêu cầu hoàn lại tiền trước khi tôi bắt đầu làm 'More detailed sketch/fixing'.
✦ Nếu tôi không thể hoàn thành/hủy bỏ hoa hồng, hoàn trả đầy đủ sẽ được gửi. Nếu bạn hủy hoa hồng, 50% tiền hoàn lại sẽ được gửi.
